Abstract

In this paper, a wideband vertical microstrip-to-microstrip transition is proposed and constituted based on
the highpass filtering structure with composite series/shunt stubs. Based on the ideal transmission-line model, the
proposed transition is firstly synthesized with Chebyshev equal-ripple frequency responses. Then, with constructing
with the two-layered dielectric substrate, the transition is simulated to verify the predicted filtering responses from
the synthesis approach. In final, a fabricated prototype transition is measured, showing good agreement among
predicted, simulated and measured results over a wide frequency band.

本文通过混合的串联/并联枝节构成的高通滤波结构设计宽带垂直微带线-微带线过渡器。所设计的
过渡器首先是利用理想传输线模型来综合设计并实现切比雪夫等波纹频率响应。然后,通过对设计在双层
介质基板上的宽带过渡器进行仿真,对之前综合方法所预计的滤波相应进行验证。最后,通过对所设计的
过渡器实物模型进行实验检测,可以得到测量结果与综合设计以及仿真结果十分吻合。
