Abstract

本发明提供一种宏微驱动二维一体式微定位平台,其特征在于:包括基座、固定于基座上的柔顺性平台本体、与柔顺性平台本体连接的两个音圈电机、四个压电陶瓷驱动器和两个位移传感器,以及与所述两个音圈电机、四个压电陶瓷驱动器和两个位移传感器信号连接的控制器。本发明采用并联解耦全柔顺性机构,具有并联机构优点、柔顺性机构优点、解耦机构优点;宏动、微动平台一体式设计:可采用同一块材料一体加工出来,制造简便;宏动、微动平台运动解耦设计:易于进行运动控制,提高定位精度。
