本项目拟研究一种针对乳腺癌的精准诊疗的关键技术。基于研发一套整合超声/光声的多模态成像系
统,提出一种基于细菌的影像引导下的光动力治疗模式,并通过影像学手段为乳腺癌的治疗前后的评
估以及乳腺癌的精准治疗提供技术支持。
1、发展一种超声/光声双模态成像引导下的光动力治疗技术,实现乳腺癌精准诊疗,并研发集合超声
成像、光声成像及光动力诊疗设备。
2、构建一种集超声成像、光声成像、光动力治疗一体的多功能诊疗细菌,作为乳腺癌超声/光声成像
探针的同时亦可作为光动力治疗的光敏剂。
3、通过多模态成像技术分析光动力治疗前后肿瘤组织恶性行为学的变化,如侵袭能力、转移等,为乳
腺癌光动力治疗过程的评估提供一种全新手段
